Cactify v1.0 beta: A Geometry Node to link or append to your projects allowing you to generate procedural cacti effortlessly (beta type Ferocactus cylindraceus, Barrel Cactus) in your environments in Blender.

Easy application of the Cact!fy is achieved through weight painting and assigning the appropriate vertex group as the density and length of the geometry node for high level control. (Density vertex group controls the number of instances per face while Length vertex group controls the maximum length). Included is an option for cacti with or without blooms.

All aspects of the Cacti are all fully editable in the Geometry Node dropdown within the modifiers panel:

• seed
• density
• min/max diameter
• min/max height
• height multiple
• density multiple
• number of ridges
• cactus shape
• spine density
• spine length
• spine size
• materials
• blooms

The materials seen in the demos are included in the product package and materials are all assignable in the Geometry Node panel to cacti, spines, and the appropriate parts of the flowers (if in use).

Hover over any menu item in the Geometry Nodes panel for tooltips. I have a demo video in the works, but you can view my Crystalize video on youtube if you have complications as the installation and setup is identical.
